Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every AK Organics product. If you experience an issue, please review our return and refund guidelines.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product is expired or defective

  • The claim is made within 3 days of delivery

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened skincare, oils, shampoos, or soaps

  • Items bought during promotions or sales

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


3. Refund Methods

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Bank transfer (in eligible cases)

We do not issue cash refunds.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product

    • Reason for return

  2. Wait for approval before sending the product back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is ours → We cover return shipping.

  • If customer changes mind → Customer pays return shipping.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  • Check your bank or mobile wallet

  • Contact us for refund confirmation

  • Allow standard processing time (3–7 days)
